In January 2018, I participated in the Global Game Jam with 4 others while doing my master's in Game Design at Brunel University London and made Banjaxed!. The game is a Top-Down adventure about a foul mouthed Alien who has crash landed on earth and needs to find the right parts to repair his ship and get back to his home planet.

I was one of the two designers who worked on the core mechanics of the game. Along with designing I also helped in making the the prototype and deigning the UI. The game had to be completed in 48 hours as that was the duration of the game jam.

Making Banjaxed! in 48 hours was a design and development challenge of proportions I hadn't faced before. This gave me a better understanding on how to handle pressure and not to lose your calm.
